I have/had a left knee meniscus tear. It has9% healed but I am leery of extreme range bends of that knee or any high pressure activity. Are my concerns valid?

Thanks for all of your exercise advice. I'm paying particular attention to the stuff you write about improving lower extremity mobility and strength. I feel I've lost a bit of ROM as I've aged. One exercise that I've been told to do in the past but…
