These are must-try movements for healing everyday aches & pains!
As a kinesiologist and trainer, one of my philosophies is practicing daily movement. While this will take on different forms for everyone, I want to share what three movements have stuck around in my daily exercise routine as of late. Not only do they serve as a great opportunity to connect to the body, but they can drastically reduce the common muscle/joint stiffness many of us suffer through.
No matter your age, fitness, or goals, I’m confident that implementing simple exercises like the ones below can make a profound impact on your health journey and life as a whole. While there are many roadblocks we can’t control while going from day to day, the small habit of exposing your body to something familiar yet challenging can keep you grounded in a way that very few things can.
