The deadlift is one of the most popular moments for gym-goers across the globe. This is for good reason as it’s an incredibly productive and transformative lower-body strength exercise if you do it right. As a kinesiologist, I believe that every able-bodied human should be doing some form of this great movement. It’s just that valuable for your overall health.
Unfortunately, many novice and intermediate lifters run into issues with this movement due to its technical difficulty and related injury risks.
