Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to go far to accomplish a great workout. Whether you don’t have time for the gym or prefer to crush reps in your living room, there are clever ways you can use your body weight to strengthen areas you didn’t even know existed. Not only are the movements in this short program efficient and fun, but they’ll also leave you with a few beads of sweat on your forehead in the process!

While everyone’s fitness status and goals are different, I find there are several movements that nearly all of us don’t do nearly enough. As a kinesiologist and personal trainer, I prescribe the exercises below to many of my clients with a high rate of success. If you can dial these in and master them, you’ll be miles ahead of most people in crucial areas such as coordination, strength, injury prevention, and more.
