If you’ve ever struggled with back pain, you know how hard it can be to find solutions that work. You may try physios, doctors, or even holistic approaches, but these all take precious time and resources. Oftentimes you’re left confused, in more pain, and with lighter pockets.

To help you find quick, sustainable relief, I want to go back a few years and share a story of how I accidentally stumbled across one of the most powerful rehab tools that everyone has access to. It’s now become a key part of my practice as a kinesiologist, and I believe it has huge potential to help you in your health journey as well.
