If you had to pick one warm-up exercise before exercising, what would it be? As a kinesiologist and trainer, I get this question a lot. While there isn’t necessarily a right or wrong answer, a top favorite of mine is the reverse fly exercise. While this is a popular workout movement, I encourage clients to also implement it into their warm-ups as it does a masterful job of activating muscles we like to neglect while bulletproofing the upper body. This is injury prevention heaven!
