This Creative Exercise Will Get Rid of Your Tricep Pain for Good

If you’re battling with tricep pain, I’ve got an exercise I want you to try. We often give up on physical activity altogether when tendinitis or other complications occur in this area. Although it seems counterintuitive to do ‘more of what hurts’ to recover, an active rehab plan is the best approach for healing your triceps. The key is to move through the guide below slowly and carefully monitor your symptoms. This is all about determining how much load your triceps can tolerate without them flaring up.
To help you get the most out of the movement below, I’m going to prescribe three warm-up or ‘activation’ exercises. Please do these before trying the main exercise to ensure you have the best shot at pain-free movement. Don’t worry, this will only take you a few minutes per day!
If things get flared up after your rehab exercises, scale down the intensity or volume of your exercises by 15-20%, and try again after your pain has dulled down. For example, you can lower the reps or lower the weight to adjust to meet your needs and current level.
