This Clever Leg Routine Will Rapidly Boost Your Strength & Flexibility
Why not save time and achieve both simultaneously?
If you want to enhance the health of your lower body, you’ve got to do more than static stretching. While it may elicit a good-feeling sensation, no permanent neuromuscular changes are happening and you’ll be stuck in this endless loop of stagnancy. Instead, consider focusing on strength exercises that challenge your full range of motion to naturally boost flexibility and functional mobility. Not only does this strategy lead to changes at a muscular level, but you’ll be far better off on the injury-prevention front as well.
To achieve simultaneous strength and flexibility gains, I’ve got a 5-exercise program that will break down everything you have to do. No matter how tight or weak your body feels, this program will begin to transform your legs and send signals to your brain that you’re a flexible, adaptable human being. This may sound too good to be true, but I’ve been prescribing this movement to clients for years with a high rate of success. If you’re in doubt, try for yourself and see just how powerful this training can be for your health and wellness.
Let’s dive right in and help you get health gains as quickly as possible!
The Leg Routine That Does It All
Please keep in mind that if you have any injuries or chronic conditions that may put you at risk during physical activity, talk to a trusted health professional before listening to the advice below. This routine is leaning slightly towards the advanced side of things, so check out my beginner guide here if you want to build some foundations before getting going.
For the best results, try doing this 3–4x per week. This can be a standalone program or can act as a fantastic closer for an established workout. When you’re first starting out, prioritize control with each movement and never push through pain. If you need modifications to any of the exercises, let me know in the comments below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can!
