This Brief Mobility Routine Will Transform Your Squat
You don’t need to deal with stiffness and pain during your reps any longer!
Are you frustrated with your imbalanced squat form? Do you wish you could go through reps without pain and restriction? Many struggle with this exercise because they load it up with heavy weights without first priming the body for movement. To solve this, I want to introduce a simple yet powerful mobility routine that will activate your major lower-body joints and muscles to protect you from injuries and complications.
The plan is to run through this routine as a warm-up and then complete an activation set of squats without any weight. Once you’ve done your five minutes of due diligence, you can then get under the barbell with more confidence that your body is ready for action. Even if you aren’t focusing on heavy squatting at the moment, these movements will be incredibly beneficial to boost your general strength and functionality for all exercise and activities of daily life!
