In fitness, variety is the spice of life. Whether you find yourself plateauing or flat-out bored with your routine, changing up your equipment can be an easy way to get more out of each workout. One of my favorite ways to do this is by adding a yoga (swiss) ball into the mix. While you may associate it with yoga classes or senior circuit workouts, it can be a fantastic tool for everyone from elite athletes to weekend warriors.
Today I want to introduce 5 movements that will flip your current routine on its head. Not only do these exercises target muscles and areas that we often neglect, but they’re genuinely fun and satisfying to complete. Who says you can’t enjoy the process of getting fit?!
