As a kinesiologist, I run into clients with hip flexor problems more than you could imagine. After analyzing dozens of cases, it’s evident that most people aren’t using the simple healing remedies that we all have access to. Today I want to share an easy exercise prescription that will stretch and strengthen these stubborn tissues for better function and alignment of the hip girdle as a whole.

All it takes is a bit of time to isolate and strengthen this area and your pain and stiffness will start to disappear. As I mentioned, I’ve spent years working with hip pain clients and I’m ultra-confident that the exercises below will help remove your soreness and replace it with strength and function.
