After working in various clinics as a kinesiologist, I’ve noticed one peculiar thing about us humans. We tend to look for hip pain relief in all the wrong places. Whether it’s X-RAYS, bedrest, or over-the-counter pills, our minds go into ‘quick fix’ mode as we search for a temporary bandaid while ignoring the root causes of pain. Ironically, we rarely think to exercise even though physical therapy is one of the most productive methods for building a strong foundation…not to mention it is completely free!
