Glute tightness and pain are so common they’re just part of the human condition. Whether you’re an elite athlete or you’ve never stepped foot in the gym, this muscle group will never let you hear the end of it. To find remedies, many look to massage or stretching, but these solutions rarely get to the bottom of what’s really going wrong. More often than not, weakness and instability are the two culprits we must zero in on. Why? We’re good at faking like we’re good at training this muscle group, but there’s much more than meets the eye.
