During the start of the Covid-19 lockdown, I had to transition from in-person training to online exercise prescription. Without access to gyms or health facilities, I had to get creative with what I was giving my clients to try. While lower-body exercises were easy to come by, upper-body training wasn’t quite as easy without any equipment. This forced me to step outside of the box and put together routines that were both effective and safe using nothing but body weight and a few household items.

Years later, I wanted to revisit some of the movements I most often prescribed to my clients. Whether you’re tight for time, strapped for extra cash, or simply feel intimidated by a public gym setting, my hope is that this program will provide you with the tools you need to get the workout you’re looking for. Who says you need fancy equipment to level up your upper-body health and feel more functional than ever?!
