Have you ever wondered how great it would be to live pain-free? To be able to pursue all of your hobbies and occupational goals without any limitations? Well, I’m here to tell you that this doesn’t need to be a pipe dream. Pain-free, vigorous living is in arm’s reach if you’re willing to use functional fitness in the right way.

As a seasoned trainer and kinesiologist, I have a challenge for all of you. A challenge to complete four movements every day that can help everything from standing up out of your chair to carrying the groceries feel a million times easier. This is about becoming so in tune with your body that you don’t need to pay attention to physical tasks because they come so naturally to you.

If you think about it, it all makes sense. Athletes train and prepare for the challenges of competition, so why wouldn’t we also put our bodies through the paces to recreate the challenges of life?
