If you’re one to seek immediate help when the faintest back discomfort appears, I want to challenge you to change your mindset and strategy around pain management. While there’s nothing wrong with seeing a physiotherapist or chiropractor to get answers, it’s not always necessary for the random aches and pains that show up throughout everyday life. Back flare-ups are frequently caused by poor lifting technique, sedentary behavior, or stress, and don’t always require complex solutions.

Today I want to introduce a self-decompression routine that can get you out of pain and back into function without dropping a dime. By taking things into your own hands, you’ll feel more autonomy over your health and wellness which should not be understated when it comes to both quality of life and pain outcomes down the road. While this won’t work 100% of the time for every case, it’s a productive starting point to restoring a functional, healthy body and getting you back to whatever you love to do.

Let’s jump into it and rediscover just how much control you have over your back pain outcomes. Great things are in store!
