The Best 10-Minute Lunge Program for Lower Body Strength

Lunges are a fantastic exercise, but they can get boring if you’re just doing the same version day in and day out. There are so many great variations out there that it would be a shame to not explore them and level up your strength, endurance, and coordination. To help you expand your exercise arsenal and develop a stronger lower body, I’m going to take the next few minutes to introduce 5 of my all-time favorite lunge modifications that I give to clients.
You can pick and choose your favorites, or better yet, try attacking them all in one epic routine to test your endurance. However you choose to approach these exercises, they will be sure to decrease injury risks in the lower body while drastically enhancing your function and performance.
