When I say the word ‘exercise’, you probably have an image that comes to mind. Perhaps it’s someone running a marathon, or a bodybuilder benching 350 lbs. Yes, of course, these activities are considered exercise, but the definition is far wider than you may think. As a kinesiologist, I often see clients making the mistake of viewing physical activity as a zero-to-one-hundred task, with many folks thinking you have to go all in for it to count. This is simply not true, and the evidence proves it.
