The table-top bridge is one of those exercises that is as ridiculous looking as it is effective. This exercise masterfully recruits and challenges many of the neglected joints and muscles that cause us pain and injuries, including the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings. While we tend to only strengthen the muscles we can easily see in the mirror, this bridge will foster strength, mobility, and function in the posterior chain that will lead to better muscle balance and a more robust frame.

If you want to level up your health quickly, it’s time to add this precious exercise to your routine! You won’t regret it.

One Power Move for Developing Sustainable Strength & Function

Before we get into the routine below, please be aware that new exercises will always come with a level of risk. If you’re struggling with severe injuries, pain, or chronic conditions that may put you in danger, work closely with a trusted health provider as you go through this list. Please do your due diligence as it will pay off in the long run!
