If you only had 5 minutes to exercise today what would you do? Would you go for a short walk? Would you do some yoga? While there is no technical right or wrong answer, I would strongly encourage you to fill that time with some light mobility movements. Mobility training requires no previous gym experience and helps to decrease pain and stiffness while improving function in everyday life. It’s efficient, intuitive, and requires zero equipment. No matter what physical activities you pursue, mobility work will be relevant and invaluable in your journey!

In the next few minutes, I want to introduce 5 movements that are great for beginners. This short program covers a wide variety of joints and muscles, allowing you to activate your whole body in such a short window of time. While you can view this as a standalone program, it also functions as a fantastic warm-up routine before a gym workout.
