In the context of fitness, time is always money. No one wants to work harder or longer than they have to. That’s why I work tirelessly as a kinesiologist and trainer to make physical activity as accessible and seamless as possible.

Oftentimes, we’re our own worse enemies when it comes to maintaining healthy habits throughout a busy life. We build invisible barriers around exercise and convince ourselves it’s not in the cards. If you find yourself going day after day without getting any movement in, I want to introduce one exercise that takes sixty seconds to complete.

Sixty seconds.

Surely you can find one minute to invest in your physical health, right? This decision will not only mobilize your joints and strengthen key muscles, but it can produce a snowball effect as you begin to realize just how versatile and accessible physical activity truly is.
