Whether you dislike stretching or you’re simply tight for time, there is one movement out there that is perfect for you. Not only does this short exercise enhance your mobility in key joints, but it can also lengthen some of the tightest tissues in our body — especially the ones that tend to be extra grumpy while sitting — including the hamstrings, hip flexors, and low back. The best part? You can do all this in the same time it takes to brush your teeth.

The world’s greatest stretch is a combination of movement and static positions that challenges the central nervous system and forges powerful connection between the body and the brain. It does wonders for both the everyday functionality of joints and muscles, while also acting as a great injury-prevention tool.
