There is a powerful routine you can do every day to wipe away your knee-related issues. It’s so simple that you don’t even need to move your feet once you get into position. At the same time, it yields the power to develop your mobility and strength like very few programs can, resulting in a new level of mobility and confidence that will carry you through any activity.

As a kinesiologist, I run into more knee-related cases more than any other type of injury. While there are many reasons for this, one of the most common causes is our lack of willingness to take an active approach to recovery. Sure, bed rest and sedentary behavior may feel right in the moment, but it’s rarely the stimulus your hurting tissues need. Instead, look to push beyond your comfort zone and establish a new level of function through movement. This is the recipe for healthy knees that work for you and not against you.

I’ve said it a million times and I’ll say it again: motion is lotion and movement is medicine.
