How To Eliminate Your Shoulder Pain Using Nothing but an Elastic Band

If you were to invest in one piece of exercise equipment to have at home, make it a resistance band. No questions asked. This versatile tool can mimic many of the machines you find at a gym and will ensure you adequately hit all of the major muscles in the comfort of your own home. One issue I notice as a kinesiologist is that many people go to the lengths of picking up equipment, but never get to using them. While there are many reasons for this, one huge barrier I see is a lack of education about how to use tools like elastic bands to their full potential.
Today I want to help you turn things around. If you have a resistance band collecting dust in your garage, or you simply want to be more active at home, here are three fantastic exercises you can start doing.
