Thanks for leaving such a thoughtful comment. My whole purpose for this post was to remove our obsession with using language around pelvic position. At the end of the day, it's just a position. Just like many poses within our posture, too much is never a good thing. Instead of getting caught up in 'diagnoses' that may or may not be accurate (anterior/posterior tilts) it's far more important that we simply move more and add relevant hip exercises. Based on what I'm reading, this is exactly what you've done and I'm so glad it's helped your journey to recovery!
