Hi Donna,

I totally hear what you're saying. I've worked with several people with multiple sclerosis and the goal has always been to challenge THEIR range of motion. Sometimes that looks incredibly limited, and oftentimes passive assistance is required from a health care professional, but the benefits remain quite similar. If you can't do the movements here, don't be discouraged. Just focus on challenging your abilities on a daily basis. I'm not sure what your particular situation is like, but sometimes doing chair squats or independently putting items back in the fridge can be big wins. Don't underestimate the power of interrupted sedentary periods with these movements!

I don't have a ton of great resources for MS, but here is a site with some decent research and information. All the best to you! Keep moving...however that looks like for you!
