Thanks for your comment. You make a good point. The way I explain it to clients is that your pelvis is like a bowl. If your pelvis is neutral, the water stays still. To achieve posterior rotation, you must spill water out of the back of the bowl. This is commonly known as ‘tucking the tailbone in’. Placing an arch would be moving into anterior rotation which we are trying to avoid here.
