Hey Ivan, thanks for you comment. Based on current research, foam rolling can stimulate the nervous system to temporarily improve range of motion, but there's no evidence to prove that it releases adhesions. Foam rolling provides pressure on the fascia that can feel good and even provide short periods of pain relief, but there's no myofascial release happening.
