The dead bug deserves to be on the Mt. Rushmore of core exercises. It’s functional and challenging, yet accessible to a wide population. It fosters endurance throughout the hips and core while upgrading coordination and kinesthetic awareness. If you want to optimize your core health, however, don’t just stop at the standard version.
