For older adults, activities like walking and hiking are still fantastic choices that can maintain musculoskeletal health! I'd be a little bit skeptical about vibrating platforms - you should be more focused on moving your body than relying on a machine. Low impact rebounding is, well...low impact, so it's not going to have quite the same effect. BUT it's still great training for the heart, lungs, balance, etc...
