Whether you’re an experienced yogi or you’ve never attempted a stretch in your life, there are certain exercises that all humans will benefit from doing often. To help you gain and maintain flexibility, I want to introduce five movements that have been a consistent part of my movement routine for the past few years. These have been so reliable and transformative for me that I share them will virtually all of my clients!

Not only can these stretches and mobility exercises improve muscle pliability and joint health, but they also act as a consistent stimulus for the body to reduce the daily aches and pains that so many of us struggle with. If you want to live a functional, restriction-free life, it all starts by building a robust foundation of quality movement! More specifically, you want to target the tissues that are most frequently neglected and consequently weak. If you can hit these areas head-on every day, the skies are the limit for what your body is capable of!

Without further ado, here’s the list of movements my clients and I have been doing for years. You won’t look back once you unlock the tight, stiff regions of your body for good. This is the start of something
