Building a robust lower body is simpler than you think. Unless you’re a seasoned lifter or professional athlete, you can likely make significant improvements using your body weight without leaving the house. To prove this point, I want to introduce 5 transformational movements you can do with virtually no equipment. This whole routine takes minutes but can make a huge difference in your overall mobility and functionality of the lower body.
My favorite part about this program is that it’s incredibly dynamic and comprehensive, despite its short length. Even with just 5 exercises, you can cover all of the key tissues around the hips and legs to ensure you’re optimizing performance and staying free of injury.
