Due to its accessibility and versatility, it can seamlessly elevate anyone's workout and help engage muscles and joints that often go neglected. It’s so effective that I’ve done band-only sessions with clients ranging from back pain patients to running athletes.
Today I want to give you an inside look into what exercises I’d recommend to my clients to help them improve areas such as mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
