While there are outliers out there, the majority of us simply cross our fingers and hope injury and pain stay at bay. The reality is, if you’re someone who uses a computer, is handy at work, or lifts weights, you need to be training this precious joint as if it’s any other part of the body. Not only will this allow you to boost wrist strength while decreasing pain, but it can also protect tissues around the elbow and upper arm as you stop compensating for this weak joint.

To keep things simple, I’ve designed a 3-minute mobility and strength routine that you can do in the comfort of your own home. This only requires the most basic equipment and will be accessible to virtually all populations as each exercise can be easily modified to suit your current abilities.
