As a kinesiologist, I get a ton of health questions from clients. Some of them are right up my alley, others are outside of my scope of practice. I love receiving these questions because it pushes me to be a more educated, useful health provider in my field. There rarely is a day when I’m not learning something new which is why I picked this occupation in the first place!
Today I wanted to take a few minutes and cover just a few of the main themes I talk about when advising people I’m working with. While it’s virtually impossible to perfectly optimize your health, the five tips below can help you get as close to that as possible. The best part? These are not about working out harder or doing more, but rather simplifying your healthy habits and prioritizing what’s truly important.
