You set high goals, because this year is going to be different.
The first few weeks go great.
Life gets in the way and discipline starts to fade.
You miss multiple days in a row.
You get discouraged and eventually give up.
You feel shame about giving up and slip into even worse habits.
If this sounds all too familiar, don’t be discouraged. I’ve been there myself. Most of us have. This is so common it’s almost as if it’s part of our human condition.
