You’ve likely heard me say it before. If you want to improve the health of your lower body, static stretching isn’t going to cut it. While it may feel good, no permanent neuromuscular changes are happening and you’ll be stuck in this endless loop of stagnancy. It can seem counterintuitive, but strength exercises that challenge your full range of motion are the ticket for boosting both flexibility and functional mobility. Not only does this strategy lead to changes at a muscular level, but you’ll be far better off on the injury-prevention front as well.

If you want to enhance your lower body health and overall wellness, it’s time to get moving! Fortunately for you, I’ve already done the heavy lifting and have designed a 5-exercise program that will break down everything you have to do to open up this stubborn region of the body. No matter how tight or weak you feel in the quads, hamstrings, etc… this program will transform your legs from the ground up and finally convince your brain that you’re a flexible, adaptable human being.

There’s no time to waste so let’s dive right in!
