As a health professional, I often find myself repeating the same things over and over again to each of my new clients. While this isn’t a bad thing, it makes me realize how many game-changing tips are going under most people’s radars. One of my favorite aspects about this job is to make achieving your health and fitness goals easier and more accessible in any way possible. While hard work and consistency are keys to success, they’re not everything. Oftentimes it’s the ones who have the right mindset and tools at their disposal that improve the fastest and go the furthest.
Today I want to break down five health tips that will not only elevate your health but can improve your relationship with fitness as a whole. At the end of the day, an exercise routine or habit is only as good as your adherence to it.
