Movement is the number one antidote to poor posture. Even a few minutes per day of stretches and light mobility exercises can begin to transform the make-up of your tissues and improve your habits around sitting. No matter how tight or stiff you feel, you’re not too far gone to begin implementing strategies like the ones found below and start working towards a healthier, more balanced you.
