As a kinesiologist and trainer, one of my favorite roles is eliminating barriers between non-gym goers and functional exercise. You don’t need a gym pass to gain major strength and endurance in the tissues that matter the most. In as little as five minutes, you can begin building functional strength and preventing nagging injuries. While this takes consistent work over weeks and months, you’ll never regret the effort you put in once you realize just how powerful bodyweight exercises like the ones below can be.
