I’ve been there myself, and while I can understand your desire to get right to pounding the pavement, I promise that having a tiny bit of patience will go a long way for your overall performance and health.

The three movements below take mere minutes but can be the difference between you stumbling out of the blocks or feeling mobilized and ready to go. In the long run, they can also play a huge role in you staying injury-free and even increasing your intensity and volume over time.
