Most importantly, it’s a pathway to growing more independent in your wellness. Too often we rely on healthcare providers to help us feel better. While this may be an appropriate strategy in the short term, you must be driving the bus if you want long-term, sustainable wellness. Mobility is a brilliant vessel to do just that.

Revitalize Your Routine Without Blinking an Eye
If you have any injuries or chronic conditions that may put you in danger during physical activity, please talk to a trusted health provider before following the health advice below. Always do your due diligence so that you don’t have to pay for it later!
For the best results, try doing this program 1–2x per day. Ideally, perform it once in the morning to help mobilize your tissues for the day, and once in the evening to help you reconnect with the body and put away distractions.
While there is a lot of value in simply going through the motions, I encourage you to take things a step further and challenge yourself to reach your maximum pain-free range of motion with each exercise. This will allow you to not only maintain your current function and joint health but also continue to develop and improve these key markers of health.
