Your spine is less fragile than you may think. While we’re often taught to keep it in alignment and strive for ‘perfect posture’, you can do your spine a disservice if you never push it to what it’s capable of. The three movements below will do just that. It’s time to go beyond your comfort zone and start combining the three key aspects of mobility, stability, and strength to optimize your functionality and remind yourself of just how robust the human body is.
