One of the biggest mistakes we make in health and fitness is overcomplicating physical rehab. We pour into every study, buy all of the new gadgets, and consequently, get overwhelmed by the process.
The main principles of physical rehabilitation are very simple. You want to be moving your joints/tissues through a pain-free range of motion at the first possible moment. Additionally, you need to aim for loading up with resistance as soon as it’s viable. If your exercise prescription is relevant, well-timed, and safe, you’ll be well on your way to recovery.
