I was working with a client a few days back and they asked me for my top health tips out of the blue. While I always welcome questions, this one caught me off guard due to how wide the scope was. How on earth do I answer a question like that? After giving a somewhat decent answer on the spot I decided to sit down and give this some real thought. It’s been a few days and I’ve managed to narrow down a list of ten pieces of advice that I find myself sharing the most over my career.

While nothing will make you 100% invincible to health setbacks, the ten tips below can help you get as close to that as possible. The best part? These are not about working out harder or doing more, but rather simplifying your healthy habits and prioritizing what’s truly important. Some of these tips you may already know, so view this as a gift-wrapped summary of the areas that we should all be investing more time and energy into for more robust, balanced lives.
